Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling services with River Gorge Clean & Lawn, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all cleaning, lawn care, and exterior maintenance services provided.
2. Services
River Gorge Clean & Lawn provides residential cleaning, short-term rental cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing, and related property maintenance services. Services are customized based on the property, service type, and agreed-upon scope of work.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on property size, condition, service type, and frequency. Invoices are due same day, after service is completed. Late or unpaid invoices may result in delayed or suspended services until payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. Details regarding refunds and cancellations are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Quality & Reporting Concerns
If you have a concern about a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the issue when applicable. Concerns reported after this time frame may not be eligible for resolution.

7. Safety & Property Conditions
Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our service providers. This includes securing pets, disclosing hazards, and ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available when required. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions.
8. Independent Contractors
River Gorge Clean & Lawn works with trusted, independent service professionals. These professionals are not employees of River Gorge Clean & Lawn. We maintain standards for quality and professionalism but are not responsible for actions outside the agreed scope of service.

9. Limitation of Liability
River Gorge Clean & Lawn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to update services, pricing, or these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the concern and arrange a re-clean of the affected area.
While refunds are not offered, we're happy to review any concerns related to the original service. This guarantee does not apply to areas that were inaccessible at the time of service or issues that occur after completion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change and ask that clients provide advance notice whenever possible.

Residential & Routine Services:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Short-Term Rental (STR) services:
Due to scheduling and staffing requirements, STR cleanings require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Access Issues
If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled service time, the appointment may be treated as a last-minute cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
